Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable Support

Eccountrio supports the day-to-day payables and receivables cycle — organizing vendor bills, maintaining accounts payable and accounts receivable, and reviewing what remains outstanding so nothing is quietly missed.

What's included

  • Vendor bill organization
  • Accounts payable support
  • Accounts receivable support
  • Outstanding balance review

How it works

Accounts payable is what a business owes its suppliers; accounts receivable is what its customers owe it. Both are worked as ageing cycles: a bill or invoice is recorded, sits in an ageing bracket, and is cleared when paid or collected. The review step matters more than the data entry — an AP ledger nobody reviews accumulates duplicate and already-paid bills, and an unreviewed AR ledger hides the receivables that have quietly aged past collectability.

Who this is for

  • Businesses where vendor bills arrive faster than they get processed
  • Owners who cannot see clearly what is owed and what is owing
  • Accounting firms needing AP/AR processing capacity for clients

AP & AR — questions

What AP and AR work do you cover?

+
Vendor bill organization, accounts payable support, accounts receivable support, and outstanding balance review.

Do you pay vendors or chase customers directly?

+
The service covers organizing and maintaining the payables and receivables records and reviewing outstanding balances. Extensive AP/AR management is outside the recurring plan scope and may be quoted separately.

What is an AP ageing report?

+
An ageing report groups unpaid bills or invoices by how long they have been outstanding — typically current, 1–30, 31–60, 61–90 and over 90 days. It is the standard way to see which payables are due and which receivables are at risk.
